Sowing and first shoots in the center of Bala (Senegal)

At the health center of Bala, it is the preparation of the trays with the seeds of the partner of the project, Agrosemens: Tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and lettuce.

After only 3 days, the first shoots of the different varieties of tomatoes or eggplants are emerging from the plates. In the cultivation protocol, a regular reporting of the number of successfully germinated seeds and mature plants is recorded in a table to evaluate the viability of the seeds in relation to the local climate.
