At the “Half Way House” in Roosboom, a home opened by the association @designinghope for orphans in this disadvantaged township in South Africa, the garden is used to produce fresh vegetables for the meals served daily to the children.
This week, the 3 coordinators and the children have prepared new beds to guarantee continuous vegetable production all year round.
